Lily Alayeva is a New York based graphic designer with over 12 years of experience developing brands and communication collateral for clients of all sizes in a variety of industries, including hospitality, education and retail. She has expertise in creating a visual language that is unique to each brand and has spearheaded initiatives, both digital and print, for clients like Lobster Place, Trinity School, Knolltextiles, and Time, Inc. Lily applies a thoughtful and creative approach to her work, prioritizing client voice, brand identity, and user experience. She takes an individualized approach with each client, providing comprehensive wraparound supports and collaborating with developers, writers, and strategists, while focusing on the day to day details that are essential to project success.

Lily holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Rhode Island School of Design. In her spare time, she collects curiosities from her travels, and can be found taking walks with her two children along the Hudson River.
